Anything you want to hold on to is set aside first, boxed and labelled, in a space that has already been cleared. You make the calls. We do the lifting.
Haul
Bags, broken furniture, old mattresses and the debris that makes a house unsafe to walk through are carried out and taken away, starting with the paths and the exits.
Clean
Once a room is empty it is cleaned and disinfected from the ceiling corners down, so the smell goes with the clutter and the floor you forgot about comes back.

Boxes and tape come into the house before anything leaves it. What you want to keep is labelled and set aside, so everything else can move quickly and nothing goes by mistake.

Carry-out and haul-away
Bagged waste, furniture, mattresses and debris are carried out and loaded for removal. Hallways and exits are cleared first, so the rest of the house is safe to work in.

Clean, disinfect, floors last
With the room empty, every surface is cleaned and disinfected to take out germs, pollutants and smells. Floors are done last, on the way out the door.
